life evolution in context to the universe, a scientific look:

In my previous discussion, I did deal with “the science at a glance”. I initiated with definition of science and technology and its social affects along with little spiritual thought related to it. Now let me discuss about the universe, the creations and the phenomena attached to it.

• What is universe?

Wikipedia states-the universe is all of space, time, and their contents including planets, stars, galaxies and other form of matter and energy. NASA (.gov) defines universe-“the universe is everything. It includes all of space and all the matter and energy that space contains. It even includes time itself and, of course, it includes you. Earth and the Moon are part of the universe, as are the other planets and their many dozens of moons.”

• Creation of the Universe (Materialistic view)

So many theories on the creation of universe are postulated, Out of which Big-Bang theory is now most accepted one which explain the most cosmological phenomena. According to this theory, “around 13.7 billion years ago, everything in the entire universe was condensed in an infinitesimally small singularity, a point of infinite denseness and heat. Suddenly an explosive expansion begins ballooning our universe outwards faster than the speed of light”. The size of the universe is ever expanding and unknown to the science community. Other ten alternative theories like Brane world, the big splat, plasma field cosmos, holographic universe, steady state universe, multiverse, simulation theory, cosmic ego trip and others.

• Creation of the Universe in light of Spiritualism

As far we know these numbers could have any possible values if they departed even slightly from the value they actually have, the universe could be different place, most importantly for us “life” as we know it -including of course ourselves – could not exist. see this as Some people evidence that the universe was CONSCIOUSLY designed in order for human like life to evolve – the so called self-centred anthropic theory proposed by Nick Bostrom in his book-‘Anthropic-Bias’.”

If the creation of the universe is a conscious process, there is possibility of conscious creator of infiniteness “THE GOD”. Other questions which haunts the science community if something can be created out of nothing .when the universe ,matters, dark matter, energy, dark energy, is a proved possibility the source may be infinite “THE GOD” beyond the comprehension of human mind.

• Creation of “Life”

Through the study of natural abiogenesis, the idea is put forth that life arouse from non-life more than 3.7 billion years ago. Study of evolution reveals the means of biological transformation from origin of simple life form till most complex structural life form (Human) found in nature. As far theory postulates our mother, earth is 4.6 billion years old. Human roamed on earth only 3 to 7 million years ago. Modern human with big cerebrum refined intelligence originated in Africa in past 2 lakh years only. So the evolution of universe precedes the evolution of life.

• Definition of “Life”

“Life” is defined as,

1.An organismic state characterized by capacity for metabolism, growth, reaction to stimuli and reproduction “-(Merriam Webster) it is a self-sustaining chemical system capable of Darwinian Evolution”(NASA) 3. Condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity and continual change preceding death, the origin of life”(OXFORD LANGUAGE). So definition of life has been numerous depending upon the characteristics of living being(Reproduction, metabolism, evolution, energy, autopsies etc.) but we have yet to distinguished between the “life” and living matter where life lives. Though scientific community have different opinions on definition of life, unanimous conclusion to is yet to reach. From such definitions common human mind is drawn towards a clear-cut dividing line between Biologic and a biologic form of objects .Human life is most precious, integrated with physiology, psychology, sociology and law enforcement needs better discussion.
